    I’ve managed to fix a few issues I’ve been having with overwatch 2 but there is one problem that I don’t know how to fix when ever I try to play the game it says your free trial is ready even tho the game is free to play also after that message it allows to join the queue however when ever the queue reaches 0 it just says I need to buy the game to play it and it kicks me of the game does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    Xbox Live Gold trial problem

    Only one Xbox Live Gold free trial can be used/redeemed used under the same account. I just want to clarify, are you able to sign in and download your profile, and access the multiplayer feature of your online games? If you can, then that means that you
    already have the free trial. You will need to wait until the free trial expires before you can avail another free trial (code), or allow the same free trial to renew (if the free trial was subscribed from xbox.com).

    I've seen a few people say they've been able to get the One games for free with a trial, but trials do not change your account status to gold. So you shouldn't be able to get the free games with a trial.

    No, the only way to get a free trial is normally through a recently purchased bundle or even a newly released game may have a trial code, but normally it’s for the 14 day free trial period.

    What kind of subscription though? If it's a free trial, I could be wrong but I don't believe you get the free games with trials.

    I have been told that this is due to the trial membership. Have you tried playing games that you purchased online? Vs playing games that you got free with the Live trial. I have found that the 360 games are not free on the trial either, a little disappointing.
