Gaming Controller - Works fine except for vibration

I've just bought myself a new gaming controller for my PC (had been previously using old Xbox 360 controller with receiver/adapter for PC).

The controller I've gone for is this one

I've been using it all day playing FIFA 22 and it works great only I noticed I wasn't getting any vibration. I tried a couple of other games to check it wasn't just FIFA and I get zero vibration. The physical function, motors etc, in the controller works fine as there is a way to adjust the vibration setting on the controller itself.

So I've tried to go through device manager and calibrate the controller, where I noted the Vibration tab isn't present. So it seems Windows (10) doesn't recognise it as a vibrating controller.

I've tried to update/change the driver and it always says the best driver is already installed. I can't help but feel I should be installing an Xbox One Controller driver, but it won't give me that as an option when I choose to pick from a list of available drivers. It will only provide 360 Controller options.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to the forums. Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Vibration on your controller.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with this issue as it is not a third-party accessory. You can try to reach out to the company who owns that branded controller and see if there are any suggestions they may have or return it if it is faulty.

The controller vibration option is usually in game. It is working fine for me. Or are you talking about something else?

Its Not About It .. , I Never Dropped My Controller , And The Controller Is In Great Shape , And It Doesnt Even Vibrate

When You Get Involved In Combat , And When It Vibrates In Other Games It Workes Just Fine ...

I'm having the same issue! But mine vibrates weak on every game so it's a controller problem. You sure yours works fine on other games? Compare it to an other controller.

This is very frustrating! Hope someone can help us.

I turned off vibration on mkx one night and now it wont turn back on.I checked everything. Vibration works on all my games except mkx now.no biggie but wierd!
