Gaming and Xbox Live Access Not Working, although Xbox Live/Xbox.com says it's in fact working.

When I tried to directly contact Xbox support, the questions left me at a dead end assuming the only options were results that would prove the issue was solely on my end, when in fact my Xbox clearly states that the problem in on their end, but says to
check Xbox.com/xboxone/UPnP, which contrarily states that gaming and apps are working normally. I see NO Forums on this matter, but am fully aware that others are having the exact same issue, and we would appreciate answers, and updates. Anyone else looking
for answers?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Currently, the
Xbox Live Service Status page is showing that everything is up and running, aside from TV, Music & Video, so you should be able to access Xbox Live.

However, if you're getting a message regarding UPnP, then there is a different issue at hand preventing you from accessing Xbox Live.
Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) is what your Xbox uses to set up your router for multiplayer gaming and chat.
Usually this is due to a network setting in your network hardware that may require an update of that device. I recommend that you give the solutions in our support article entitled UPnP
not successful in your network settings a try to see if it allows you to get the setting corrected and access Xbox Live.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

Hi

There is no specific game - I cannot log into XBOX live.

The Xbox.com/live status says all is working but I cannot log into live

I have :

Cleared the cache

reset router

power cycled

Still not working

Steam codes do not work on xbox live they only work for the PC Steam client so they must be entered directly there. If you in fact have Xbox Live Marketplace codes for Batman you can enter then 1 at a time on xbox.com, click my account at the top right
hand corner of the screen then redeem code on the following page.

I usually redeem games from phone or computer browser

just go to xbox.com > xbox live gold and from there pick the game

the console gold area (in games&apps) might take some time to update, although going from there through the store should work as well
