Hola. Solo quiero saber donde debo poner un queja sobre los servicios que microsoft presta. Quiero saber como es posible que sus propios programas no funcionan con su propio sistema operativo.

Con la cuarentena decidi probar 1 mes de xbox game pass, para jugar unos cuantos juegos, lo triste es que me siento estafado habiendo pagado 1€ (ya que lo compre en promoción), no quiero pensar la gente que pague 12€ y le pase esto. He tenido problemas
con el inicio y descarga de videojuegos, ya que el sistema fue incapaz de recuperar todos los datos intactos tras un sysprep, perdiendo todas mis aplicaciones de store y el acceso a ellas (el resto de cosas que no son de Microsoft funcionan bien). Tras días
perdiendo el tiempo con un monton de supuestas soluciones que encontré por aquí de los expertos, decidi dejar de perder el tiempo. Formatee ya que esos mismo expertos lo recomendaban como ultima solución al ver que no había arreglo a su SO defectuoso y no
entender ni ellos mismo como funciona. Asi que formatee completamente el PC para poder aprovechar mi mes de subscripcion después de haber perdido 1 semana con la tonteria, lo triste es que aun formateando ahora tenia otros problemas tambien con la store. Mientras
el resto de plataformas me funcionaban correctamente (steam, origin, battle.net), la Xbox app o Windows store me daba problemas uno detras de otro y eso que son todo productos de microsoft, deberian funcionar mejor que el resto de programas o al menos funcionar
y no pedir tanto requisitos absurdos para obligarte actualizar Windows, usar sus app y demás técnicas del monopolio. A todos estos errores se le suma que mi internet es lento, llegando a tener el pc encdendido 3 días para descargar 100 tristes GB, ya que si
pausas la descarga y apagas el PC pierdes todo el avance en algunos títulos (no hablo de apagon repentino del programa o del PC). Unos juegos funcionaban, otros no, hasta que no completaba la descarga no podía saber si iba a funcionar, sumando también las
limitadas opciones que tiene esta plataforma de juego, como la falta de sistema de backups, acceso al directorio de tu propio juego, mover los juegos sin que den errores absurdos y un largo etc...

Al menos pude jugar 1 juego (the surge) de los muchos que tenia pensado jugar con 1 mes de suscripción. The surge logre ejecutarlo tras hacer una restauración del sistema al momento exacto donde formatee el PC (no había pasado ni
24h), por lo que suponi que el problema se dio gracias a alguna actualización de Windows o una configuración propia, ya que como digo era una instalación limpia y mi prioridad era jugar los juegos de Microsoft, asi que por mi parte no instale nada de terceros.
Asi que no entiendo como un juego funciona y a las horas tras actualizaciónes o configuraciones del propio Windows deje de funcionar y deba restaurar sistema.. Tras semanas perdidas consegui encontrar el ultimo problema y ahora funcionan todos los juegos.
Tristemente Windows, Xbox app, Microsoft store llámalo como quieras, era incapaz de saber cuales son los requisitos de su propio programa y los juegos que descarga, requisitos como Xbox indentity provider, media feature pack, problemas de privilegios aun siendo
administrador, etc... Teniendo que adivinar yo por mi cuenta que esos programas son necesarios, descargarlos e instalarlos, ya que no cuentan como requisitos en su ficha de su propia store. App instaladas como Xbox app (beta(muy beta diría yo)) que no aparecen
como instaladas pero sin embargo ahí están funcionando si tienes el inicio activado, solucionadores de problemas del propio Windows diciéndote que todo esta en orden y en correcto funcionamiento y asi un largo ETC... Y todo esto con el Windows recién formateado,
con una instalación limpia completamente y actualizado al 100% por el propio Windows update.

Como digo he estado semanas con esto, he leído todas las respuesta y soluciones, siempre son las mismas y ya probe todas, no se como este sistema operativo tiene casi el monopolio, de no ser por las compatibilidades, directX, etc... no lo usaría ni aunque
me paguen, los únicos sistemas que valen la pena son Windows 7 y XP, el resto no vale para nada es triste ver como habéis enmascarado Windows 7 desde que salio Windows 8, en vez de seguir con el y mejorarlos de verdad en beneficio de tu cliente, no de tu cartera.

Iba a seguir otro mes mas de suscripción en Xbox game pass, pero después de esto prefiero no acercarme, ni con un palo. No quiero seguir perdiendo el tiempo y mi ancho de banda para nada. Cuando aprendáis a saber como funciona vuestro propio
sistema operativo y hagáis una app decente me avisáis.

update Windows, use their app and other monopoly techniques. To all these errors is added that my internet is slow, getting to have the pc turned on 3 days to download 100 sad GB, because if you pause the download and turn off the PC you lose all the progress
in some titles (I do not speak of sudden game of the program or the PC). Some games worked, others did not, until I completed the download I could not know if it was going to work, adding also the limited options that this game platform has, such as the lack
of backup system, access to the directory of your own game, move the games without giving absurd errors and a long etc...

At least I was able to play 1 game (the surges) of the many I had planned to play with 1 month subscription. The surge gets to run it after doing a system restore at the exact moment where I formatted the PC (it hadn't even been 24h), so you know
that the problem was due thanks to some Windows update or a configuration of your own, since as I say it was a clean installation and my priority was to play Microsoft games, so for my part I did not install anything from third parties. So I don't understand
how a game works and at the hour after updates or windows settings stop working and need to restore system.. After weeks lost I managed to find the last problem and now all the games work. Sadly Windows, Xbox app, Microsoft store call it what you want, was
unable to know what the requirements of your own program are and the games you download, requirements like Xbox indentity provider, media feature pack, privilege issues even though you are an administrator, etc... Having to guess me on my own that those programs
are necessary, download and install them, as they do not count as requirements in their own store tab. App installed as Xbox app (beta(very beta I would say I)) that do not appear as installed but yet there are working if you have the startup activated, troubleshooters
of Windows itself telling you that everything is in order and in correct function and so a long ETC... And all this with the newly formatted Windows, with a clean installation completely and 100% updated by the Windows update itself.

As I say I have been weeks with this, I have read all the answers and solutions, they are always the same and I try them all, I do not know how this operating system has almost the monopoly, if not for the compatibility, directX, etc... I wouldn't use
it even if I get paid, the only systems that are worthwhile are Windows 7 and XP, the rest is not worth at all is sad to see how you have masked Windows 7 since Windows 8 came out, instead of sticking with it and really improving them for the benefit of your
client, not your wallet.

I was going to follow another month of xbox game pass subscription, but after this I prefer not to approach, not even with a stick. I don't want to waste my time and my bandwidth at all. When you learn how your own operating system works and make a
decent app you let me know. ]
