    Hi!

    I recently wanted to change my gamertag, and since i had done it once before i now had to pay for it. So i went to the webpage that it redirected me to and i put my credit card info in and as soon as i pressed the pay button i just got an error! And i looked
    at my bank account and they have still charged me!! Please help...

    Contact your credit card company and cancel the charge. Tell them you never recieved the goods you paid for.

    Only way to get the refund or fix this is calling in. Support may just help you change your gt as well

    Don´t you try calling your bank and marking it as not your movement, because MS will take that sireusly and get you a perma ban. Please, contact MS support.
