Gametag in xbox group issue

Hello everyone, my gametag is clipped in xbox gamebar group with overlay. I tested in other computer and error persist, it doesn't matter if I am group host or not.

My gametag is: raphacgs. My friends has bigger gametag and works fine.

Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:

What's the issue? -XXXXXXXXX
The third box will ask you to describe your issue. We suggest something along the lines of "Gamertag Issue" and then select the "Next" button.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

No if your file is corrupted the only way to fix it is to recover it sorry about that.

Hi my son had a Xbox one with a gold pass and upgraded to a xbox x with 2 years ultimate. When I setup his xbox x with his same account his gametag had ultimate subscription the rest of his gold pass was put on my gametag on the xbox x.
