Gametag didnt change despite being charged for it

Hi so back when xbox updated the gamertag system i changed mine but when i did it added numbers 798 as my "Classic Gamertag" so today i decided to change it and get rid of the numbers for my classic gt one problem it didnt change but it charged me and i'm still "CyberWrecker798" for like halo 5 and warframe and i dont what to do but i dont want to pay another $10 just for it to not change again

Yeah in my order history it shows the gt change and says completed

Oh, probably the purchase didn't go through correctly if you received the "something went wrong" message.

If you was charged. Probably in the next 48 hours the charge is going to be reversed/canceled in your bank app / statement.

If you want, try changing your gamertag again.
This time use a different device (if possible PC) and if you have any VPN, proxy, DNS filtering or similar service. Disable each one temporarily
