    Gamestop XBOX One is it reliable?


    Hi everyone:

    I've had an XBOX 360 for quite a while now, and really barely any games come out for it anymore. I've been looking to upgrade to an XBOX One, but I'm having no luck finding any for a reasonable price. Until I checked Gamestop. They had a reasonable $209
    price tag on an XBOX One S 500GB Model, and I don't play AAA titles much. I wanted to know if anyone has had any luck with gamestop, or if they are reliable to buy a Refurbished/ Pre-Owned Unit.

    Yea, I have bought pre-owned consoles from game stop in the past and have never had a problem. Plus I think the give you a time frame you can return it.

    I haven't bought a pre-owned Xbox One from them, but did buy a new one from them. It had a hole in the box and when we got home it wouldn't get past the initial update. Took it back and swapped it out and have had no problems with the new one since. So
    I would suggest you test everything out as soon as possible to make sure you can take it back if needed.

    Hi! you can rely on them if you want to buy a refurbished one since you'll have a warranty on the console, but I would look online since sometimes there are offers on brand-new xbox one at a price lower than $200.

    Please read xbox has broke for 6th time in like 4 or 5 years (long but is very true)

    The first few waves of xbox 360s were notorious for breaking. You need to get one of the newer slim 360s, they are much more reliable. If you got a refurb from gamestop Im not surprised it broke.
