    GameStop Pre-Order Code redeemed on Xbox.com not working


    I bought Destiny and the season pass and I redeemed them both on Xbox.com. The season pass worked because it gave me the credit to my account but the pre-order bonus hasn't gone through yet. Is there anyway I can see what codes I download it or send it again
    to my console? Just saying I restarted my console several times.

    Redeemed code online, but it didn't download my Pre-Order Bonus

    I pre-ordered the Borderlands Pre-Sequel game, and redeemed the code for the pre-order bonus content on xbox.com. I have finally reached the point in game, to play the pre-order bonus, but it says I do not own it. I looked under my purchase history, and
    none of the codes I have redeemed online are there. Where do I find the codes I have redeemed on xbox.com so that I may try to download it to my xbox 360 console?

    Fallout 3 code not received

    I purchased a digital pre-order code through GameStop and redeemed the code on 11/7. Still haven't received my code for Fallout 3 on backwards compatibility

    You should also be able to go into your Games & Apps section, find Destiny and if you did purchase the add-on, it should give you the option to download it.

    If you pre-ordered a physical copy of the game from a retailer, you will receive the code when the game releases.

    If you pre-ordered a digital copy of the game from the Xbox Store, you will receive the code via your Xbox Messages within 7-10 working days of placing the pre-order.

    When you receive the code, you can redeem it at

    I got my pre- order by stoping by eb games (gamestop) and the code was on the bottom of the receipt with instructions on how to redeem it…It worked, still patiently waiting for my email confirmation… I hope I get my invite to the beta!
