Gamestats are no longer updated

i just got from the phone with the norwegian support for xbox live and he sad there was some problem with the achivement and award service and the US team was working on it as we speak. and they are working at recovering the gamestats. .. Hope they are fixing
it fast.

Yep, seems like a Sync problem, I have faced this problem, don't worry, your gamerscore is there, just try what Eladio suggest or wait for it to sort itself.

This is a known issue that happens from time to time, and the
Xbox Support Twitter page has acknowledged this. This is something that should resolve itself, but you can usually speed this up by

removing and re-adding your account to your console.

Hello Iceman1302, you're not alone these days, follow these steps (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#0:2:4):

Sign in to Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
Step 3: Select Games, then "View Other Options"
Step 4: Select your problem
Select - "Show contact options"

Select - Request Support Call

Be patient, some achievements can take many days before sync. You can also try a power cycle after delete your account from console and re-download it
