GamesPass Ultimate and different accounts on Xbox & PC using the same email

The Ultimate version of GamesPass allows one Microsoft account to play all the games available on both Xbox and PC.

I would never recommend account sharing in any situation, however, what you're suggesting would technically work.

May I know if you are signing in to the Xbox app with the same Microsoft account that you have the active Game Pass Ultimate subscription? Would you please double check that you have "Ultimate" right below your gamertag?

yes its my account from my console and i have ultimate as have no issues using the pc games on gamespass

The problem still persists, does anyone actually working for xbox have a solution for me, I have xbox gamespass ultimate & I can't download any new games that come out on the gamespass on my xbox

There is no way that a Microsoft account is linked to a Xbox profile with another email address. The Xbox account is part of your Microsoft account, so both use the same email address to sign in.

If you linked the Xbox profile from the Microsoft account that has the active Game Pass Ultimate subscription, then it will work. If the Xbox profile you added is from a different Microsoft account (another email address), there is no way around this.

A working xbox, internet connectiob and xbox live unless you are purchasing gamespass ultimate in which case you dont need the latter.
