GamesPass for PC Beta - not able to search for games or "Show All"

Hi

I have Gamepass for PC (beta) and I am having a few issues

The only way I can find games at the moment is to click Surprise Me in what will I place next and hope the game I want comes up

For example I was trying to find We Happy Few which I can see is on the list of games. I first checked putting it into search and got no results found I tried this for every game on the list with the same result inducing Metro Exodus which I have installed
already

I then clicked on the "Show All" option which should have shown a list of all the games but that always takes me to Sorry Partner looks like you're stuck in no mans land try restating the app to fix it". This also happen if i try and go to the store or
if I try and browse by genre

Any help please

Also not sure you to contact for this but it would be nice if the app had an option to contact support or raise a ticket just like you can in Steam. This is still in beta I thought having a way to easily report issues would be a no brainier

If you are having issues, try reinstalling the app

A quick update ... after 2nd restart .... and accepting stuff .... i was finally able to uninstall that halo in window search and to install xbox pc (beta) ..... all in all the guide helped but after 2nd restart (no clue why it didn't work on first time).

I've played both the PC and Xbox betas and was able to get games in both with minimal lag.

Monolith seem to have quite tight policies around their testing. The PC beta was only run over four days and for set times during those days. The console beta technically hasn't started yet, what I (and I guess Matictac) played was was a time limited offer
for Gamespot and Eurogamer members. You can still run the beta and search for games but the game servers aren't running.

can you also try to download the app via the Microsoft Store app on the PC.

It should be there when you search for Xbox beta. This should show the app with the name Xbox (beta).

To see if that works.

Games you paid for individually should be able to be played. Games you downloaded whilst having gamepass are only available when you pay for gamespass.
