    agggh have a eight year old who had a x box one for christmase he brought a game from the x box store with a voucher it is taking two hours to down load

    and very upp set it stuck at 20 and will not go any further please help a nan out want can we do

    It depends how good your internet speed that will determine how long it takes to download so if poss don't play games whilst its downloading or use laptop but if you think its stuck at 20% you may have to delete it and download it again.
