    Gamesharing?

I Know this isnt something everyone wants to do, but it doesnt hurt to look around haha.

A friend to gameshare with would be awesome, ofc it has to benefit Both people. I got some games but not much, it Will get more with time when I get more money so Im not trying to use someone and then leave. And its a trust you need to somehow work together
    with.

Im 25 years old, live in Sweden and can talk english good enough. Looking for someone in a simular age and maybe interested to gameshare with me.

    My games:

    Watch Dogs 2

    Yooka-Laylee

    Battlefield 1

    Ori and the Blind Forest

Not that many games but the list Will grow with time. I also love co-op games so a friend to play those games would be perfect!

Maybe My post is a waste of time but cant hurt for trying. Send me a message if interested ^^

What you're asking for could put you and the other person at risk for being banned.

After Talking with Xbox support myself, they confirmed you cant get banned for gamesharing with friends and whatever. They also Said that if someone say you can get banned its a scam. So good luck with that My friend ^^

    Gamesharing?

Seeing you are in Sweden, how do you plan on game sharing? Mailing would be an acceptable choice, if you could trust some random you meet on here, I guess. Now if you're talking the "Home" console digital sharing, the only way I could see that working is
by also sharing account information; that could result in account/console bans like Smwutches has mentioned.

As D33dles says, gamesharing itself is not necessarily a bannable offense, but it is a violation of the code of conduct to share, lend, etc. account information. For you to gameshare with someone from the forums you would have to break the code of conduct.

Also, phone and chat support don't handle enforcement issues so they are not always correct when it comes to what is or isn't bannable.

I wouldn't trust a word support says when it comes down to enforcement as it's nothing to do with them & they are well known for giving out incorrect information quite often.

What you are asking is a bannable offence

  7. There is nothing wrong with Game Sharing but it is against the rules to share your account information with others.

So unless you plan to travel to the other person's home in order to add your account to their Xbox, you are in fact putting your account at risk. Not only that they may steal it but that it could end up banned.

    Gamesharing?

Okey Thanks for all information. I was Wrong with listen to the support Obviously. Why I wasnt sure is everytime I try to Google about gamesharing/banned, there wasnt a single post about someone getting that which I found was weird if everything about ban
    is true.

Still thankful for your replies, I wont gameshare with anyone since I dont want to get a ban Gamesharing? :)

One of my NZ friends (I'm from NZ too) was keen on the idea too. But it's better to be legit, rather than cheap and dirty. A lot of people do illegal or prohibited-by-Microsoft, stuff to software (digital games). I think digital games should remain tied
to an account. Also Digital Rights Management. There's laws regarding it too. It's not just Microsoft who is serious about it. Governments are too. Though Microsoft allows you to play games which you've brought digitally installed on your console, with other
users/accounts through this Make Xbox Your Home Console thingy. Steam lets you play your games offline. Or you could just stick with and share disc games, but you'd need the other person's address and it could mean shipping to someone on the otherside of the
world. Do well in school. Get a job. Do good. And then you'll have the money to buy games. Microsoft doesn't allow it, and I don't blame them. People do crazy stuff to software. If Microsoft allowed it, Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 would be getting viruses, or there
would be a higher risk. And genuine reports of viruses on genuine Xbox 360/Xbox 1 consoles, are negligible. If also may involve needing to get the person's account details like email and password. I would never share this with anyone. There is some private
information which you should just keep to yourself.

If Microsoft and governments place restrictions on game sharing and Digital Rights, they must be for a good reason. I googled why do we need a government. First response was "the main purpose of
government should be to protect the people's natural rights. Without them crime would be kwazily out of control, safety would be severely detrimental, inequality would be like 10,000x worse than it is today. They make laws around Privacy, Consumer Rights,
    Employment rights, educational rights.

Game sharing would be a cool thing. But too many people would abuse it. Needing to acquire a persons account info obtaining access to information which is sensitive including credit card, dress, DOB, friends list, etc. People who exploit software. A lot
of young and immature people, play video games. Video gaming naturally leads to immature (not mature macho strict school teacher) behavior. Since we're playing for fun, we can easily be lead astray by not following some of the rules.

While Xbox Support is not Xbox Enforcement, Microsoft has officially assigned Xbox Support as an official support contact, regarding people who need support on Xbox matters. Last time I spoke to Xbox Support, they said their base was like in the Philippians.
I think Microsoft uses a cheaper Support company or thingy to save operating costs for themselves. But then again, Microsoft has like over US$190 Billion in assets. (Microsoft search, Wikipedia). The first time I contacted Xbox Support, I almost cracked up.
I felt like they were a robot and had a strong feeling they were reading off a script. Well at least it's not one of those companies where they keep you waiting 45 minutes before a human picks up the line. I contacted them when some disgruntled member on here
posted xxx flash images on this forum site. Within an hour of reporting it to Xbox Support, a whole army of Official Support and Moderators was on here. So Xbox Support definitely have some influence. Even if they may need a little bit more training from Microsoft.

And regarding the influence Xbox Support, it's pretty strong, since Microsoft officially has assigned Xbox Support for us. I reported to them a price discrepancy regarding a digital purchase, where it stated one price on this site and a different price on
the buy page thingy. The following day after reporting it, Microsoft fixed the issue. They have assigned authority I guess you could put it, on some Xbox matters. Also, it's not just Moderators who police this form site. Official Support staff, have that privilege
too. And, they're paid for it, where as Mods are just volunteers.

Here's the parts of the code of conduct you would be violating:

Don’t pirate or use another's content without permission. For example, don't:

    • Share content more broadly than you're allowed to share
    • Use another's intellectual property without permission (e.g., copyrights, trade secrets)
    • Play any illegitimately obtained software or pirated games
    • Play a game before it has been authorized for play on the service
[*]Don’t engage in fraud or unauthorized transactions. For example, don't:
    • Lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide third parties access to your accounts or Gamertags
    • Access or attempt to access accounts that you do not own

Gamesharing with strangers is a MISTAKE, you might get scammed and lose access to your account, you also might get banned when you gameshare with people from different countries, Gamesharing is meant to be with friends and family.
