Gamesharing issue

My friend recently got jedi fallen order, which i wanted, and i recently got outer worlds, which he wanted. We decided to game share and be able to play those games and other coop ones either of us own. However when we finished the steps and all his games
loaded into my “ready to install” section, jedi fallen order was not there. He then also purchased resident evil 6 because we wanted to play that coop, and it showed up in my library. However, i still wish to play fallen order.

Yiu need to talk to him then if he's changing his home Xbox that's his issue

Also if he ain't sharing his gold well that's his perrogative and yes it's separate from ganesharing

The Home Xbox will only be removed on a device if we set it as Home Xbox again. It’s not normal for an account to be removed on a device without any changes.

Nevermind, figured it out. Turns out my friend bought Xbox Live, not Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

We have restarted our Xbox's both times when we gameshared; it worked for a day, then disappeared the next day.

no such thing as gamesharing, it is a home setting for 'the home'. it is for your main xbox so others in the house can use your games and live and so you can still play your games if you lose network access.
