Gamesharing abuse on eBay?

I was looking around on eBay for some games for my xBox One and then I found such very cheap offers…like 3 games, which normally would cost over 100 € together for under 10 €.

I don’t think Microsoft`s intention with the Gamesharing features was to open a business for very cheap game renting in South Africa on eBay? (I also don’t think this is in interest of the gaming industry either)

Honestly, I was very tempted to buy the offer above but I think there is a moral and legal issue here…

Is Microsoft aware of this bug/glitch and how some users milk profit from it?

I wouldn't trust it no matter how cheap. They can revoke access almost instantly anyway.

If you believe this to break any of Ebays terms & conditions you are able to report the seller and whilst it looks like an amazing deal, I will say these things usually aren't and this is definitely against Microsofts game sharing policies.

I don’t think eBay cares at the end of the day, as long as they get their cut with the fees. They will maybe suspend the account and the next day you will see a new eBay account with the same items. It is currently a leak/bug/glitch/shortcut where
the video game developers are losing money, but also not fair to the end-user who actually go out and spend 10x that price for the actual game. [not only for self-entertainment, but also supporting the video game developers]

Game sharing can get you banned. Even worse if you're trying to game share with strangers from eBay you're subject to that person changing your password and getting locked out of your own account.

This is a big bad news, and is clearly a rule break of CoC and ToS. If you can try and get these accounts reported and blocked also try and take this evidence to a Xbox support to get them filed logged and reported, This is very concerning seeing this but
please try and make sure these are logged else where. Sadly there isn't anything the forums can do over this.

Edit, I contacted Ebay customer service and reported all 3 of the ones given and they have been passed on to ebay's team to be investigated, They say these cases are what looks like a breech of there seller standard agreement so if you find any please find
the ebay article number and pass it on to ebay's customer services if you cannot report the item to look into it further.
