Gameshare won’t let accounts simultaneously play

I recently bought the Xbox series X and want to link my account with my brothers account on his Xbox one so that we can both play my games on both Xboxes. His Xbox is my profiles home Xbox and vice versa, however it still will not let me play while he is playing.

May have nothing to do with the issue but it should be noted!

Some Series X/S games (Like Madden) you can only play people with the series X/S

Make sure the the correct version is installed on the consoles, X/S games do not run on the Xbox one.
