Gameshare not working (The person who bought this needs to sign in)

For months me and my friend have been playing farming sim 19 by using gameshare, he owns the game so i set his account home xbox on my xbox, and worked for a long time, and I could even play when he wasnt online. But recently I have not been able to play
the game at all unless his account is signed in on my xbox, but that kicks him off his account from his xbox which stops us from playing together. I have tried all the suggestions I could find online but nothing is working and it keeps telling me that the
owner needs to be sined in.

Have either of you got the new consoles? Because if you have the new console then he needs to make that specific console his home console. If he has a new one he needs to check he didn't make his new console his home xbox.

He needs to log into your Xbox and make it his home Xbox if it currently isn't

Problem should be fixed now.. There were some problems with the xbox services..

Do you share your account with anyone? If this error appears to require permission or buy the game occurs because of a failure to communicate with the server. When a NAT is restricted or moderate occurs a lot.

Hi when you downloaded the game did you install it on an external memory drive?
