gameshare not working and ea access

I removed all my accounts, factory reset my xbox, went back on my friends account and it said home xbox, so I logged back on mine and all my games are in the ready to install list.

look at the bottom of the list on the left of your My Games and Apps page and you will see Gold and Game Pass games listed separately

yeah I see that, that always has been there but my ea games I own always where in my ready to install list.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you are having some trouble with the game sharing feature after a recent console update. As this could be an syncing issue, go ahead and try

removing and re-adding your account as follows:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account
   > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   
4. When you're finished, select Close

Once your account has been re-added, go ahead and check your ready to install list. Additionally, make sure your friend's account is still set as the

home console for your Xbox. Let us know how it goes!

Ok with ea play games you MUST BE the account holder if you are gamesharing it won't work
