Gameshare not gamesharing all games + No longer able to set home console.

Hello all, I hope you are doing well. So let me start off by saying me and my friend have previously been game sharing for a couple of years and never had any problems. Recently he was forced to get a new Xbox as his older one had broken. When
he had signed in and done all the setups and everything else we noticed that we had to game share again which made sense. After taking all the steps we noticed that we didn't have all of each other's games, for example he had Sea of thieves in his "ready to
install" section and I didn't. Same went for me, I had modern warfare and he didn't. Before we continue I feel it's important to share that Sea of thieves was a code but modern warfare was purchased digitally by me a while back. And just in case you think
it's a code issue it's not, I have a code for Middle Earth: Shadow of War that came with my Xbox the same as Sea of Thieves came with his and it is visible to both of us. Moving on, we noticed that on many forums, threads and websites the common fix would
be to reset your Xbox, that didn't work for me but it did for my friend. I still couldn't play or even see Sea of thieves but he could now download Modern Warfare. So after trying to change My Home Xbox's between the two of us I may have accidentally ran out
of switches. I can't remember exactly what it says but I won't be able to change My Home Xbox to anybody elses until some time in May next year. So this might be a stretch but i was wondering if anyone could help me with that, thanks until next time.

Yh u ran out of switches so i dont know if you will be able to game share anymore

When it comes to the issue of available switches, which originally you have 5. This might help though, when your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year, select Help when
you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be lucky enough to receive one more switch.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning, however, if you already had used up all your switches, you might be out of luck. If you're close to the date when
you first changed, you might be able to find a questionnaire through the Xbox Assist, but that's not guaranteed. For more information on this feature, check out Designate
a home Xbox.

gamesharing as you are doing it is against the terms and can lead to a ban, it is there for in the same household or if you replace your xbox, not to share games with other, to do that you have to share your credentials which is a violation.
