Gameshare issues

My friend recently digitally purchased 3 games on xbox live, we both have each other as a home, but none the games are being recognized on my ready to install sections, and its only these 3 specific games all other games previously purchased are there,
I have already tried remaking her my home and resetting my xbox. please help

Need help with gameshare

Hello. I have a problem regarding some issues with gameshare. i want to download gta 5 from an account who has it. Its my friends account and he did get it from gameshare so is it possible that i can get gta from him? He didnt buy it.

If they are part of the preview program, any games they purchase at this time will only be able to be used on their console or on any other consoles that are also part of the preview program. Once the current update is released to the public, all of the
games will be shareable again.

Yiu need to talk to him then if he's changing his home Xbox that's his issue

Also if he ain't sharing his gold well that's his perrogative and yes it's separate from ganesharing

The Home Xbox will only be removed on a device if we set it as Home Xbox again. It’s not normal for an account to be removed on a device without any changes.

Nevermind, figured it out. Turns out my friend bought Xbox Live, not Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

We have restarted our Xbox's both times when we gameshared; it worked for a day, then disappeared the next day.

no such thing as gamesharing, it is a home setting for 'the home'. it is for your main xbox so others in the house can use your games and live and so you can still play your games if you lose network access.
