Gamescore leadership board not updating

Discus and support Gamescore leadership board not updating in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Well, Ishould be usd to this now as 5th time it's happened.     Gamescore leadership board not updating


    Well, Ishould be usd to this now as 5th time it's happened. Should be on 2025G and got reset to zero. Got 25G this morning which isnow showing. Activity feed and profile ok. Hoping that xbox read this post as last time it started to work again after using
    this forum

    Gamescores and Achievements

    I'm new so I'm not sure but my gamescores and achievements are not updating. Anyone know how to fix or if there is a reason for this happening?

    Hey Iggie123,

    Thanks for raising this issue on the forums!

    Just to help troubleshoot the cause of the issue, could you please go to Settings > Network > Detailed Network Statistics, and copy on here what information it shows?

    Also, could you try you turn your console on, hold the power button for 15 seconds, then boot it up. This will hard restart the console.

    Thanks TheJackah.

    A simple hardset with the power button all it took. I was unplugging the console for 30 seconds and changing alt address on settings but, this did the trick. Gamerscore is now fully updated.

    on Project Cars 2 cannot get into time trail

    You need gold membership to use online features in xbox, that includes championships and online leadership boards.

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    It crashes when loading the Leadership control modules, loads the first two and then spins out and freezes when loading the leadership board status for daily challenges. I tried going to Classic Puzzles immediately to see if that staved off the crash but
    it doesn't, it still crashes when it would be loading that other stuff in the background.
