    Gamescore is different on different xboxes but I use the same account


    My game score is different from when I last saw it, I got back from Afghanistan a few weeks ago and I noticed it was different so I downloaded my profile to another Xbox 360 console to see if it would change and it never did. On my Xbox 360 it states I have
    55k and on the other it says I have 49k, it also says that when I play online as well. It is only 50k on another Xbox 360 console. It also says that I have 0 points for GTA IV and Battlefield 4 meanwhile I just beat those games and have a gamer score for them.
    My avatar is wearing different clothes on the two different consoles as well. My reference number is 1227187878. If I knew how to post pictures I would so if somebody can help me with that as well so I can show more proof that would be great.

    Hello everyone, I am trying to make a new account for xbox live cause I don't use my old one, I wanted to use the same email but it won't let me saying it is already used, is there a way to disconnect my email from the old one to my new account?

    Can I use the same email on a different account?

    You would have to
    change the email address     associated with the old account to free it up to be able to use on the new account.

    I had the xbox while I was in other countries and I may have played games that were out of region as well

    Fortunately I had the same problem and I know how to fix it. You Xbox Live account is not receiving the latest version of your account data so your gamerscore on one console will be different than the other. Please download
    your Microsoft Account on your console with your Windows Live ID and password. If you choose to delete the account that is not updated you can do that and no progress will be lost.
    How to Download Your Microsoft Account
    (Xbox One)
    • Go to Xbox Home
    • Select the sign-in button
    • Select 'Add New'
    • Type in your Windows Live ID and then press the menu/start button on the controller
    • Type in your Windows Live password and then press the menu/start button on your controller

    How to Download Your Microsoft Account
    (Xbox 360)
    • Go to the Xbox Dashboard
    • Open the Xbox Guide
    • Select 'Download Profile' (If you are signed in sign out before performing this action)
    • Type in your Windows Live ID and select 'Done'
    • Type in your Windows Live password and select 'Done'

    Hi Cav45, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    That's odd because you can only have one Xbox profile under one Microsoft account.

    On your old PC, please validate the domain that was used. If you're signed in on the Microsoft Store app, please launch the Microsoft Store and then click your profile icon, from there you will see your Microsoft credentials, make sure that it's the same domain (outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, yahoomail.com, etc.) that you're using on your new PC.

    There is something that we're missing. We just need to check it further.
