Gamescom Redeem Code Does not work

Dear Sir or Madam,

during the Gamescom this year I won two codes for XBOX Game Pass Ultimate for 6 months each. When I try to redeem the respective codes at https://redeem.microsoft.com/?wa=wsignin1.0, I always receive the error that the codes already have been redeemed even
though I did not use them so far. The cards are saying that they are valid until end of November so this cannot be the issue.

What do I need to do to redeem the codes and get the XBOX Game Pass Ultimate?

For sure a question for support. Choose xbox, payment and billing, contact options, request call from support.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming a code you received.

If you code is indeed stating that it has already been redeemed when you attempt to apply it to you account, I would recommend using the

Xbox Digital Code Solution wizard to request a new digital code.

Additionally, you can follow the link provided by Xbox Forums Ambassador Ironwilled provided in order for you to be able to contact an Xbox
Rep that might be able to assist you in gathering a bit more information regarding this matter.

I have the same problem, code from Gamescom not rubbed and according to support, the code was redeemed 1 month ago. I'm pissed off!

Hi There,

In this case, I would contact Xbox Support and give them the code to validate. Then just follow their instructions on what to do next.

Just click on can't redeem a code under Xbox One.
