Still waiting to receive my reward...was on mixer account. Also checked commerce to see of it is there ut still nothing.

Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

 

Gamescom 2018 MixPot Support .....I did not receive the Free DLC When I was online only 30k people where viewing.

I tried looking up the Gamer Tag: luizgustavo7 to confirm if you were eligible for receiving the MixPot items, but nothing shows up under that Gamer Tag. Since that is the case, can you please provide me with the correct Gamer
Tag you signed into Mixer with to watch the live stream on Aug 21, 2018. Once I have this information, I will be more than happy to take a further look into this for you.
