try performing a reset on the console by pressing and holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, then you'll need to try and uninstall and reinstall both games.

If not of the above steps work, then try a factory reset on the console as there my be some corrupted data.

And I cannot translate this if I don't know the language you speak.

If either of these do not work for you try highlighting the game on the Home screen and press the Start button then choose Quit. That should reset the game for you so you can start it.

I had purchased the xbox live gold membership of 12 months ( estimated retail prize $59.99) from the store with my console, 2 game pads, and xbox game pass.

Everything came in a pack, yet the purchased live gold works but the game pass does not work.

Games with Gold does prompt you to "Buy" the game for Free, so it does require that you have purchase credentials associated with your account. You must also be a current Xbox Live Gold member (or at least a one-month free trial, two-week trials do not work)
to receive the benefits that come along with Games with Gold.

If only one account has gold then that account can get onto xbox live on any console regardless of the "my home xbox" feature.

Xbox live sharing does not work on xbox 360, so you will need more subscriptions for each other account that doesn't have gold.

On the xbox one the my home xbox feature will share xbox live gold and digital games (not all DLC) to all other accounts on that console when the account with gold is the "my home xbox" account but that does not share to backwards compatible games on xbox
one.
