Games wont work!

    Games wont work!


    Ok so I have a Xbox One S that's not even a year old and now for about 2-3 weeks I can't play most of my games. Tried all the trouble shooting steps and connection is good. But brand new games disc and digital install then I get a error saying game took
    to long to start or it just freezes up on a black screen. Someone please help. It's like the out recent update screwed my system over!

    when i try to play a game it say "something went wrong" then it tells me to put in this code 0x87e107f9

    Game wont work

    Every time i try to play this game, it says play dvd. I returned it and got another one and the problem still happens, it just wont read the game. Any ideas what to do?

    Hi!

    There are troubleshooting steps located here for that error message: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/errors/error-code-0x803F8001

    If those don't work, confirm you are logged in to the correct account in Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 emulator. Steps to do this:

    1. Boot up an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One.
    2. Once the game is loaded, press the View button and the Menu button at the same time: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/xbox-one-wireless-controller
    3. Click sign out if you are signed in.
    4. Click download profile and sign in with your Xbox One login details.

    I am going to go out on a limb and suggest something that has worked for me in the past with this when everything else failed. Disconnect your internet to your xbox hard reset sign in and reconnect the internet to the xbox. maybe this will help you like
