    Games won't work, error codes unknown to Microsoft


    Xbox Live status is normal, social & gaming is normal, but games still will not play. Error 0x97e107df is not recognized by Microsoft's error search tool. Window to "Chat with a Gamer" never loads. This
    company completely removes any ability to hold them accountable. If we want to play games on their platform, we have to pay them money and not be able to use it, and not get real answers when there is an issue. Every time this happens its just wasting all
    of our money.

    Why can I not play games? What is 0x97e107df? If TV and VIDEO is down, how is that related to my games that I own? I have the disc in the xbox,
    still can't play it.

    Error Codes

    I received the same error code, but when I type it into the error code roster, it claims its and unknown error code.

    I have overwatch on disc and It won't start, the rest of the games I have are downloaded and those won't start up either.

    Getting error 0x89235106

    I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.

    Sorry - forgot to say the error code. The message box telling me the game had failed to load for unknown reason gave an error code of 0x8027025a
