    Games won't stop freezing


    My xbox was fine until a few weeks ago when I started playing AC 4. About halfway through the game my xbox would start freezing while playing and I would keep having to restart my xbox and the mission I was on. Then I started playing AC Syndicate which I
    had to return because of the freezing, it froze 5 times the first mission. Now when I try to play Gta5 my xbox still freezes and I have to restart, this is even more frustrating when doing heist because when I restart my xbox the heist restarts for everyone.

    I have no idea of why Skyrim won't stop freezing, i'm at nightcaller temple and when I get the staff it keeps glitching up. Please help !!!

    itry cycling your xbox off through the restart option in the setting or holding the power button til the power light goes off. start there and if not any change contact MS support directly by phone or chat.

    I have the same problem, which is NOT about a game freezing or stops responding. It's simply not launching. The game(s) worked perfectly fine a few days ago, and now they just won't start. We need this to be fixed.
