Games won't start.

So, every since this xbox live update or whatever. None of my games will start. It just gets stuck between the "press button phase" and the "Main menu" it doesn't freeze. Just never ending loading screen. Can this PLEASE be fixed by the time I come home
from work. Thank you in advance.

I was playing minecraft when the game started to bug a little. Eventually it said there was a problem, no code, and kicked me out to the menu and that's where it froze.

I have since restarted the console and whenever I launch the game I can get the start menu but when I try to access my worlds it just won't load.

I have tried launching other games since, ones I played as recently as yesterday, and they also get stuck on the opening menu.

Nothing has updated or been installed recently before or since this issue which could affect the it

Please help.

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

Often when games don't load correctly a simple hard reset fixes the issue in my experience. To do this with the Xbox powered on, hold the power button down for about 10 seconds. The Xbox will shut off very quickly. After that is done power the Xbox back
on and expect it to take longer than usual to load up.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling a game and then re installing it. As it can take a bit to install and update a game, I recommend using a smaller sized one that's having problems.

Uninstall Xbox One Content

Fully shut down the console then reboot.

Most people seem to use Instant on mode.

Instant on mode is basically the equivalent of sleep mode on PC. When the console is off in instant on mode it's not really off and any glitches preventing games from loading will remain in memory.

You need to do a full shut down to fix problems like this. Just press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the console shuts down. Once the light on the power brick has turned orange you should disconnect the power for a few minutes before
plugging back in and switching on again.

If your problem is caused by instant on mode then doing this should fix it.
