Games won't start

When I try to play CoD which is with a disc or Forza 5, which I downloaded, they wont play. Also the xbox was turning on for a little biit, I don't know what the problem is because I was playing bf4 earlier today nad my brother was playing CoD like 30
minutes ago. Someone please respond ASAP.

Games won't start

I was playing minecraft when the game started to bug a little. Eventually it said there was a problem, no code, and kicked me out to the menu and that's where it froze.

I have since restarted the console and whenever I launch the game I can get the start menu but when I try to access my worlds it just won't load.

I have tried launching other games since, ones I played as recently as yesterday, and they also get stuck on the opening menu.

Nothing has updated or been installed recently before or since this issue which could affect the it

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

 

Are you playing on Xbox 360 or Xbox One? Since you mention Forza 5 I assume you're playing on Xbox One, but I want to be sure.

If you're playing on Xbox One, I suggest making a post over in the
Xbox One Games forum, since this is the Xbox 360 Games forum. That way you'll be more likely to find someone to help. Be sure to describe exactly what's happening when you try to load up a game so they can understand what you're describing.

If you do happen to be on Xbox 360, please let us know exactly what you see and exactly what happens whenever you try to load up a game. That will help us better diagnose the problem.
