Games won't start/load

Hi all,

Out of nowhere and starting yesterday, my Xbox One games will not start up at all - none of them. I have NHL 16 disc in the console - it'll start up, gets to the "Press A" part and then goes black with the word "Checking" up in the corner, like it's checking
for an update, which it's never done before and it never finishes. Other games that I've downloaded onto the hard drive won't finish loading either. They'll have their initial start up, but all inevitably stop loading at some point.

Netflix and some other dashboard functions do work; just not games. I have no idea what could be causing this. We did recently switch from one internet service provider to another, but our wifi ssid and password are both fine, so I don't think that has anything
to do with it.

Anyone have any ideas?

Game no longer loads

My Xbox One won't load doesn't load any of my games I tried every one of them. It only says to press start or a button to start the game and it just doesn't load. It keeps me in the menus.

I am unable to load Friday the 13th on Xbox one X. It is a digital copy and has worked fine until today. I've tried everything but nothing works. Anyone know what to do? Your advice is appreciated.

Can you please try these steps:

1, Turn On

2, Settings

3, Disc & Blu-ray

4, Persistent Storage

5, Clear Persistent Storage

6, Back To Settings

7, Network

8, Advanced Settings

9, Alternative MAC Address

10, Clear

11, Restart

12, Once rebooted hold finger on the power button for 15 seconds

13, unplug the Xbox Power Supply for 90 seconds if hot leave unplugged for 30 minutes

14, Turn Back On

15, Uninstall the Games, for information on uninstalling content >>>
support.xbox.com/.../uninstall-content

16, Reinstall Games

17, Clear Persistent Storage again, look at steps 2, 3, 4 & 5

18, power cycle your console, look at steps 12, 13 & 14

19, Load Games Up

20, Your Console would like to Sync to the Cloud so please allow your console to do so, it might fail 3 times but if it fails more then 5 times then follow steps, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 then it will still want to sync but shouldn't fail,
if it doesn't again restart your router and console

myservice.xbox.com/en-US sign in and press problem with devices and select the correct registered device if your Xbox One isn't shown press register and use the Xbox One Serial Number that can be found on the sticker on the bottom on the Console
