Games wont sign me in :-(

Discus and support Games wont sign me in :-( in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My xbox one will happily sign me in and load up games but won't sign or fetch the data/ progress made in any game ive played.     Games wont sign me in :-(


    My xbox one will happily sign me in and load up games but won't sign or fetch the data/ progress made in any game ive played. Im getting realy peed off and am seriously considering parting it for a ps4.

    One possible reason as to why you're encountering this issue is due to failure to authenticate the Xbox credentials. To determine if there's an issue with your Xbox account, we recommend signing in to
    Xbox.com. If you can sign in, that means your profile is all good. Otherwise follow the on-screen prompts to update your account's security details.

    We also recommend running the Windows apps troubleshooter provided on this
    link    . This can help resolve issues with built-in Windows 10 programs like the Xbox app.

    If the same issue occurs, kindly perform the steps provided on the following links on how to update the Xbox app and the Windows 10 PC:

    Wont sign me in

    recently I accidentally logged out of my xbox app for windows then when I try to sign back in it says: "We can't sign you in right now. Try again later. (0x409) 0x83750007" I don't know why it does this but can i please get help?

    Hey there, Drewster! I am sorry to see that your games aren't fetching the data as you would expect it to.

    Let's go ahead and start with the basics. Hard reboot your console by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until it shuts off and try again for me. That should help you out.

    If it doesn't, please try
    removing your profile     and downloading it again. Hopefully that will get you synced up properly to launch up your progress.

    It was happening with me too. I did the first step (hold the power button for about 10 seconds until it shuts off) and now it works right.
