    Games Won't Run


    This first started when i was downloading ARK Survival and there we're problems with it so i canceled the download and then after a few days i was lagging and crashing on Call of Duty and after a few days the Xbox it self started to crash and then a week or 2 i could not even run Call of Duty and so i tried every tip i could find about overheating and nothing worked and its not that the Xbox took to long load Call of Duty, Call of Duty itself wouldn't load so i deleted Call of Duty today and downloaded Forza Horizon 4 and now it say that the game took to long to load and the only 2 options are close and help and this has been going on for like a month so i guess my question is. is there anything i can do to play games again or do i need to buy a new xbox?

    Nah bro dont worry about that.

    Im pretty sure its the new interface update they made a couple days ago because after that update was out my new xbox wont load up any games. if someone sees this please send a message to xbox because to be honest i dont know how too.

    And sometimes when i click the Close button when it says Forza Horizon 4 took took to long to load it freezes of like 10-20 seconds

    Clicked on "Edit Day of Birth"

    Fill out the info (even if current DOB on account is correct) & submit

    Select the Start button > Settings > Accounts , then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove. Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.
