Games won't read

    Games won't read


    When i try to plat Halo Reach or Soulcaliber 5.It says open tray and downloaded games work.I did all the steps and it still dosen't work.

    360 games won't read

    Check if the 360 games you use are part of the backward compatibility list: Available games

    and if the game discs are damaged

    I thought it would of been fixed after the update but it hasn't

    Games won't read

    Maybe the CD-ROM drive is broken or maybe the disc is damaged.

    You can check on myservice.xbox.com, register or check if your console is warranty, if not, you can contact Xbox Customer support line Canada/US at 1-800-469-9269, they will offer option for a reparation, it will cost money.

    Before you send it in. Try this solution first. Just make sure you go screen by screen answering each question. Under your situation is remedied.

    this has also been an issue for maybe a year. I did see other people on other forums say it was due to a update from the preview program but I don't know if that is true.
