    my Xbox one turns on but all the games load for the first introduction then will not load and work and it is the same for saved games and even games trying to load of a disc! Please help I don't know what to do.

    i just played black ops 2 after not being able to play for 2 months and now it wont let me play it again

    Try a hard reboot this can be done by holding the xbox one power button for a long period of time (can’t remember the exact) upon booting up again the xbox should take considerably longer to boot.

    I get the same thing from time to time, a good hard restart usually fixes the problem.

    As far as I know the physical version of Fifa 18 isn't out until 29th Sept although that could depend on which region you are in.

    It could be that or the disc may be damaged so it may be worth exchanging it for a new copy if possible.

    If other disc copies of games don't play then it may be a problem with the console itself.
