Games won't play on XBOX One. Error code: 0x80070570

Very strange problem. I have XB One, but getting on the phone with XB tech support, they tell me it's an XB 360 error code. Shows code 0x80070570 and tells me the game appears to be corrupted, please uninstall and download again (something like that).
However, it tells me this for all my games.

Solution: Reset Console to Factory Defaults. BUT in the process, MAKE SURE to select the option to keep all games and apps (this will save you lots of time). Step-by-step here:

Then just start up and go through the motions to set up your options again, which won't take long. This solved it for me. Hope this helps and saves you time! I spent hours on this with tech support going through the troubleshooting steps.

Cant update XBOX one

Cant update XBOX ONE, Got this error code: 0X80070570 0X00000000 0x90000005.

I have tried all suggested solutions from microsoft web site to 0X80070570 error code without any success.

Should I reset my consule?
