    About 2 weeks ago suddenly my son's games wont load. It states that I dont own the games, but we have the disks , we have had to order the online version in order to play, basically buying the same game twice, one id disc format and on online format

    xbox 360 battlefield wont start

    my problem is that when i update battlefield 3, the game wont start, it will be on the black sceen forever,and when i dont update the game will load but offline of course,any ideas?

    i try ti install it and nothing, clear system cache ,nothing. please help me im frustrated.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing.

    Are you currently signed in to the account that owns the license to the game?

    I would first suggest
    Remove / Add the profile from the Xbox console .

    Once you've tried that, go to the Xbox Store on the console and try to launch the game from there.
