    Hi,

    I have a problem that is that no AAA game will open however I is random as DOOM 64 works, Tropico 6 works haft the time after 3 mins of waiting and some game just dont work. My computer can run these games fine like CK3 didn't work but my stream version works fine. I try to lunch these games every where but nothing. I would like some help to fix this.

    Have you tried performing a power cycle on the console to see if that helps you out?

    Please try going to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and make sure that Enable BD Live is not checked. The click on Persistent Storage and clear it. Finally power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. If this
    does not work then the console may need to be repaired.

    If the console is no longer reading discs then it may need to be sent in for a repair. You can set up a repair of the console via this link

    In the meantime you could try holding the disc for a second after the console grabs it. This could force the console to read the disc. Please note though that this is not a recommended workaround as it may scratch your disc and doesn't solve the existing
    issue.
