    Games won't launch on Xbox Beta


    I own a Game Pass for PC and played without a problem for some days and since yesterday all games refuse to launch. After hitting play I just get back to the Xbox Beta homepage. I tried solving the issue with chat support and tried everything: making sure
    the account was signed in correctly, reseting Microsoft Store, and reinstalling the app. Windows is updated and restoring it back to the previous version didn't work either.

    I'm seriously frustrated. They said the oppened a case but so far I haven't had any answers. Anyone with a similar issue or ideas for a solution?

    Supposedly a case was opened and I didn´t even get the email confirmation. I am patient, but I am also paying for it you know...

    i have a similar issue.

    EVERY game i install on the game pass pc beta that is NOT exclusively single-player will not launch.

    all i get is a message saying that this app cannot open.

    kinda frustrating.

    i know it is a beta but this is since day 1.

    Unfortunately as Game Pass for PC is in its Beta stage there's bound to be bugs and issues. The best you can do for now is to keep up with the thread mentioned and be patient.
    unfortunately the thread mentioned is locked.

    kinda hard to keep up with it.
