    0x87e1080b...downloaded games won't launch

    saw another discussion that said to do a hard restart to clear cache....didn't work... no downloaded games will launch. No help from Microsoft. Error code doesn't exist in their support.

    I'm having the same problem...... trying to launch the COD BO4 closed Beta and nothing!!!!!!! i highly doubt they are gonna pay me back for not being able to play.... this is ****!!!

    I've got the same problem. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a game. Went to the "ready to install" page and none of my games appear. When you try to download it through the store. It says there's a problem on xboxs end and check back later

    Having the same issue, with the same error code, just downloaded a game from the store and will not play, even after reinstall.

    ok so it happened to me, all i had to do was clear cache (hold power button 10 sec then turn on after 30) hope this helps guys

    Try going into the setting, reset console and reset and keep my apps and games. FIx this issue for me.

    So all of the accounts get wiped off of the xbox along with all of my saved settings? Why does this happen to me games won't launch error 0x87e1080b :((((
