Games won’t launch and show error codes that shouldn’t apply

If yes, please disconnect everything and try again

Also, are you able to use a different wifi network?
For this purpose you can share mobile via wifi hotspot and connect the console in that way

And, please tell me what's saying next to / below NAT type inside Settings > General > Network config

Hey mate I’ve tried all of the above and again my games won’t load, starting to think my Xbox is proper cooked.

Currently re-installing one of my games to see if it’s playable, if that’s the case I’ll have to reinstall them one by one.

If it doesn’t work I think I’ll upgrade to a newer xbox.

Hi, there are some reports from gamers telling the same. So far I saw only 1 user besides you sharing this corruption thing here in the forums.

Let's try to leave that at the end.

For now, please try this:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary

If maybe the issue persist try factory resetting the console but keeping games and apps

For this go to settings > system > console info > reset and then select keep my games and apps

**make sure to know the email and password for all the profiles added in the console

Hi Josef, I’ve tried doing what you’ve said above, and despite that the games are still not launching properly, I’ve got a few games such as Minecraft and the 360 edition of modern warfare 3 that still work without any sort of issue, but the games I want to play such as dying light 2, modern warfare 1/2, assassins creed origins and rdr2 refuse to play, I’ve got the disc for mw1 and rdr2 and they refuse to play aswell, I’ve look led at multiple forums to find a soloution, a lot say to uninstall my games so I tried that with farcry 5 however the installation always stops at 1.75 gb’s. I’m hoping a further understanding of whats going on helps with some sort of diagnosis, Thankyou so much for reaching out btw!!!!

Hey bro for me the mw campaign died in the **** right after the AL MAZRAH mission, sound cut out completely, turned it off and checked again in the morning, it’s like the Xbox’s had a stroke and can’t run games anymore, some games run perfectly as I’ve said in my reply to Josef but it seems any game made after 2015 won’t play/install
