Thanks, exists the possibility that this game isn't compatible anymore with your hardware (usually when the games receive a new update, they become more and more demanding. So the old devices are not going to handle the game)

We can try some things from your end to cover everything :

1. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try installing the game from there:

2. Reset Windows store cache following steps before:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.
Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.
Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.
Try installing the game

3. Reinstall the Microsoft store, use method 2 provided by Lester:
Open Powershell with Admin or CMD with Admin (Press Windows key + X then click Windows Powershell(Admin))
Copy each line of command to Powershell then press enter (one line at a time)

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

(This can take a while)
