    Games won't install, "Something went wrong"


    I'm trying to play Mass Effect: Andromeda. When I put in the game it would make no progress on installing, it just said 0%. I canceled all other downloads, and still just said 0%. The help section suggested trying to stop and restart the download. Now it
    just says Installation stopped. When I try to restart the install it says something went wrong enter 0x0 at xbox.xom/errorhelp which told me that error code doesn't exist. Under the gamehub it just says pending. Please help.

    Everytime I try to redeem my xbox one gold live prepaid card it says "Something Went Wrong"!!!!! Please Help!!!1

    Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
