Games wont install on PC App.

Finally, Some useful information, I thank you for the assistance. it is very disappointing that it had to go this far having customer support not knowing how to deal with issues like this, or in general is not a great thing and causes a lot of frustration. Sorry if I came off cross with my post, I just never have a good experience with xbox CS and frankly do not like people in a position as such that have zero clue what they are doing.

Please try this steps

Open Start, type: powershell

Right click PowerShell

Click Run as administrator

At the command prompt, type the following then hit Enter:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Exit Powershell then restart.

After this Install the Xbox app again and follow this steps:

Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

Reboot PC

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

Clear and reset Store cache in Windows:

Step 1: Close Windows Store app if it’s running.

Step 2: In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

Step 3: Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option.

Step 4: restart Pc and Modem/router

then

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again

According to the game developers website http://feedandgrow.net/ the game is only for PC and utilizes the Steam platform.

You unfortunately wont be able to install this on the Xbox as all installs on the Xbox happen via the Store app, and if the game\app is not published to it, then there is no way to run it

Do you have an antivirus?

Mine just wiped the game services file and it ruined the xbox PC app. wont launch a damn thing.

Now it also wont install the gameservices file.

worked fine until my antivirus killed it.

When I try to download from microsoft Store, the download never starts. From Xbox.com, I can download the app but the installation never finish, it stalls in the middle...

I get error (0X80080005) when trying to install the app after a few minutes...

Also I'm able to install the app on my laptop without any problems
