Games wont install on my E drive

I have tried to download games on my E drive but it gives the error code 0x80073d0d and i have tried all the things xbox have said to do

i have tried here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/error-code-0x80073D22 and i cant find anything else. it works for c drive my main one and the default drive it should download to is E drive.

If this is related to the drive you wanna install it to it might be because of the configuration of it, you could use the disk manager feature to create a partition of the E drive that you format in NTFS file system and then try to install the game there or you could install directly on C and then Move the game to E

To do this, head to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Click an app and click the “Move” button. You'll be prompted to select another drive, and you can then click “Move” to move the app to that drive. If you see a “Modify” button instead of a move button, you've selected a traditional desktop app.

The request wasn't to format the E drive, but to create a partition and, that partition format it to NTFS

it says it already is a ntfs file system and i have tried to move xbox app itself to the E drive but it says the same error code 0x80073d0d
