Games won't download

Discus and support Games won't download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Lego pirate of the Caribbean and dragon age origins and neither of them can download I bought Lego pirate on Monday and dragon age.     Games won't download


    I bought Lego pirate of the Caribbean and dragon age origins and neither of them can download I bought Lego pirate on Monday and dragon age. Two days ago I've cleared my casha and all the I want to know what's wrong.

    Does this apply just downloads or does it effect physical copies as well?

    Hi, I have codes for Gears of war and Gears of war 3 that I redeem but can't download. What happens with both games is when the download reaches to 80% on my xbox 360 the console says can't download. I think that they're region locked and I live in the Bahamas.
    What can be done about this? I really want to get into the Gears of war series!

    What is your account region and does it match your actual region

    What is your connection type 3g Lte or cable DSL or fibre or satilite

    There has also been an issue with purchasing and downloading items on the Xbox One the past few days. Perhaps it's creeping into the 360 system a little as well.

    Hi!

    It can usually depend on cached data, so a
    power cycle     would suffice to fix it. If it does not work, try resetting the console to the

    factory settings     by selecting "Reset and keep my games&apps".
    will this get rid of accounts on my xbox if i do the reset factory reset but keep apps and games?

    You are correct that they are region locked. In order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the games are available. There's no way around region locking.
    Does this apply just downloads or does it effect physical copies as well?
