    Anyone having issues with their games not connecting to the internet ? My connection is good everything seems to be working fine except for the Xbox games don't acknowledge my internet connection. Its getting frustrating.

    Hi,

    Do you get any error codes or messages when trying to launch or join multiplayer session in-game. Please let us know which games you're trying to play when this happens.

    Please try clearing the console cache by holding the power button on the console for 5-10 sec. till the console completely shuts down.

    I have exactly the same problems! My internet connection is good, I ran the test and the system says I'm connected. But all of my apps and games (Netflix, Spotify, Fortnite... etc.) all show I'm not connected to network. I've been trying for an hour and
    it pissed me off. I google this situation and seems like lots of people are having the same problem with their Xbox one S

    having same issue for the last month getting kicked off in the middle of games. Last 2 weeks i was able to get on 1 time!!!

    NBA Jam OFE - EA Servers are not available at this time...

    I'm having exactly the same problem, When you load the game it should automatically connect to ea servers but it fails, it says Ea servers are not available at this time, Im in the UK

    I created another profile and it worked, but my lead profile still wont connect to the EA servers anyone help with that?

    Still cant play nba jam online its having issues like many others about not connecting to games online.

    However my problem is it wont connect to the servers on my main profile.
