Games with zero achievements not disappearing from my account

Discus and support Games with zero achievements not disappearing from my account in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; There are two games on my account that won't disappear.     Games with zero achievements not disappearing from my account


    There are two games on my account that won't disappear. Both of them have zero achievements and I've tried playing other games to get them to go away. I've also tried removing my account and recovering my gamertag yet they are still there. I've checked xbox.com
    and the smartglass app and neither of them appear there. It only appears on the achievements app on my console. They appear when I open the achievements app but when I click on the 3 dots to look at all the xbox one games on my account, they are gone. I've
    provided images to help better explain what I am talking about.

    Is there anything I can do to get Dark Souls 2 and Witcher 3 to stop appearing in my achievements list? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Gamerscore gone to zero

    Hi woke up this morning to find my gamer score has gone to zero on not just one account on all my accounts any one else getting this issue help please tried really download profile still zero worked for my achievements

    They will disappear from your profile after two different games have been loaded up.

    Achievement problem.

    Plus now the 70g achievements I got have completely disappeared from my achievements!! Is anybody else getting this problem with this game?

    The games have disappeared from my achievement list at the bottom they are xbox 360 games, some of them are backward compatible.

    In a previous, now deleted comment, I mentioned my achievements/game history disappeared again, but it's back now. It seems to be an on and off thing, as some people mentioned that theirs disappear and then reappear again.

    I'm just gonna play games, and be on the lookout if my achievements/game history disappears again.
