Games with Xbox Gamepass do not work!!!

Please try the following (Try Reset and keep my games & apps first) :

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
3. Select Reset console.
4. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:
   • Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. Use this option when selling
     or gifting the console, or as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.
   • Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file
     is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.
   • Cancel. To back out of this screen, simply select the Cancel button. No action has been taken at this point. This is a safe exit from this screen.

This game is locked at 30 fps by the game developer.

That's not true what so ever.

Do you actually represent Microsoft because that is a lie.

It may be locked on GAMEPASS and GAMEPASS ONLY.

But that has nothing to do with the game and everythingto do with "driver conflicts" that xbox have yet to fix for GAMEPASS FOR PC

Therefore 80% of GAMEPASS FOR PC games have been capped or locked UNNECESSARILY BECAUSE OF GAMEPASS NOT WORKING AS ADVERTISED.

you will loose the FULLSCREEN OPTION also due to MICROSOFT NOT OFFERING WHAT THEY SAY.

And has 100% NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ORIGINAL GAME and EVERYTHING TO DO WITH HOW GAMEPASS FOR PC CAN ACTUALLY UTILIZE THE GAME.

If this person actually works at Microsoft you should probably start to give a **** about your responses and maybe put some effort into what you've been asked to check.

Do you own gamepass or are you gamesharing? Do you have issues with other gamepass games?

Yes got my own Ultimate Gamepass, all other Gamepass games work fine it seem to be just this game that wont install or run.

Even went as far as to buy the game on the App and still wouldn't install.

There has been a known glitch that the store on your console will not think you have xbox gold or gamepass, but besides contacting support about this issue you should be to use your gold and gamepass with no issues. Try downloading the games you want from
gamepass via your gamepass tab on your console and play games online and see if it successful works (confirming you do have xbox live gold).
